Q. I desperately need my order as soon as possible. Can this be done?

A. If you call us now we might be able to help. Some of our plus size lingerie is kept in stock and these items will usually be dispatched to you the same day if you order before mid-day. Other items on our site will be ordered in especially for you and should be with you in 7/10 days.

If an item is in stock and you contact us before mid-day, for an extra charge we can send deliveries out for ‘Guaranteed Next Day Delivery’. Royal Mail permitting! 

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. It's really difficult to give an exact delivery date but usually most orders are delivered in 7/10 working days. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for urgent orders please contact us for more information.

Q. My order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, what should I do?

A. Our estimated delivery date is just that, an estimate! This based upon the current Royal Mail delivery times, which unfortunately on some occasions do take longer to deliver which is why we always recommend ‘next day delivery’ for urgent orders.

Q. What happens if I am not in when the delivery arrives?

A. Your Royal Mail postamn will leave you a card with details of how to arrange re-delivery or collect your package. If you haven't collected or arranged re-delivery of your package within 7 days it may well be returned to us. It’s often worth asking neighbours if they will take delivery or leave a note for your postman asking him to leave parcels in a safe and secure place.

Q. Do you have a colour catalogue that you can send me?

A. All of our available products today can be seen online on our website and they are constantly being updated. Hence we don't have a printed catalogue.
