Making A Purchase
Making a lingerie purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit cards.
You will automatically receive confirmation of order and this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular lingerie product for some reason.
Shipping And Handling
Postal and packing within the UK is charged at £4.45 for the first lingerie item and thereafter £2.00 for each subsequent item.
Postal and packing within the EU is charged at £6.45 for the first lingerie item and thereafter £2.95 for each subsequent item.
Postal and packing to the USA or rest of the world is charged at £6.95 lingerie for the first item and thereafter £3.00 for each subsequent item.
Please note that you may be liable to pay your countries import duty and tax if you are ordering from outside the UK.
Delivery Schedule
Where goods are in stock your order will be delivered within 3- 5 business days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). International orders are generally received in under 21 days. Delivery will be made to the address stated on the order form and may be sent via post or courier.
Some lingerie items, when not in stock may take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. These are usually noted in our website shop and we will always contact you directly to confirm the delivery date.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on ‘back order' for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not wait.
Returns Policy
We shall refund monies paid for Goods if they are returned unaltered, unworn and in their original condition with all labels intact within 7 days of delivery. Please note that for reason of personal hygiene we do not accept knickers, hosiery or swimwear back unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we shall not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods paid for with a credit card or debit card, we will make credit adjustments directly to your account number.
These terms and conditions may be amended, updated or modified from time to time.
Credit Card Security
There is no need for you to have any concerns about credit card security. When your order is placed with our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
