Iconic Bond girl Ursula Andress has been voted the ultimate 'bikini goddess', by us girls.

The Dr No actress heads up a top 10 which includes Helen Mirren, Brigitte Bardot and Kelly Brook, showing that women think the perfect body for looking fabulous in swimwear is curvy - not thin.

The poll was conducted by Gillette Venus Embrace and stylist Holly Chaves said of the findings: "The perfect bikini look is certainly timeless - Ursula Andress set the bar and four decades later, it is still the benchmark women look to.

"The full list suggests curves and an hourglass figure are not just appreciated by men but that it is women too who feel this is the kind of look they should aim for, rather than trying to be too thin."

Ursula Andress came top of the list for that iconic moment in the first-ever Bond film, more than 45 years ago. Her now legendary two-piece was also voted the most iconic bikini ever.

Kelly Brook officially has 'the best bust in a bikini' according to the women polled - and we're sure the men will be likely to agree.

Brigitte Bardot came in at No.3 for her role in the hit 1960s classic, The Bikini Girl.

Helen Mirren's place was firmly cemented on the list thanks to recent photos showing her in her bikini on holiday. Helen proved that age is no barrier to looking fabulous in a two-piece.

Halle Berry came in at No.5 for her own Bond girl role in The World is Not Enough.

Myleene Klass first unveiled her bikini body and hourglass figure on I'm A Celebrity with that fabulous white number and she has since modelled swimwear for M&S.
